It can be a super frustrating experience to work on something and not see results. That’s exactly why we created this course. We offer multiple styles and methods, with nervous system-aware coaching that helps your body and brain actually absorb the change. But we also ask you to be real with yourself and your expectations. We're not going to push you to do the most elite level push up if a) your body is not ready for that, and b) it doesn't align with what you actually need from your pop up to reach your surfing goals. These factors are important, and we don't just blow past them.
Like anything in life, you will get out of this course what you put into it. While we do have the first module available for free so you can test out if our teaching style is right for you. We can promise that if you commit to the process and put in the work, you will see results.
The insights you learn will definitely be share-worthy, but each person's body is different and so the bits that are most relevant to you might not be most relevant to them. In order for your friends to get the best results, we recommend they sign up to take the course themselves.
